SELF CARE FIRST

'Fill in your cup first'.

You have a drive and thirst for success in life. But you are going through a hard phase of life wherein your soul and body starts giving up before your mind does in the midst of taking actions for your goals and dreams. Remember:- Do not force yourself, take your sweet time in completing your tasks one by one, for the sake of your wellbeing first. Do not push yourself beyond a cliff, for who will you serve if you can't live to save yourself first. No justice can be achieved when you can't be just to your own health first. Dreams are meant to be achieved, but if you forsake your reality for preserving the unconscious state, you are ultimately deciding to leave the present. So, do not leave the present, the gift of the gods, goddesses and universe as well as the actual realm of spirituality. Because beyond the present, in the past and in the future, there exists an empty darkhole, waiting to consume you in whole, never to let you go back to your life, where there still exists a possibility of making the unconscious into the conscious. To make your dreams come true and not get lost in them, you just need to take one breath at a time, one action at a time while preserving your mental, psychological, emitional, physical health, energy and wellbeing. Always try to remember the purpose of your living, especially in times when you get sick and tired of the obstacles, hurdles, bad luck, misunderstandings and the negativity that life has in store in your way of living your best life. Remember these key attitudes of life, and see how you beam with positivity and notice the change- how you are able to heal and now recognise the light shining like a star in front of the dark tunnel of your life, which always existed in its place, it was just a matter of you being able to search it within you. My journey in healing, spirituality or wellbeing in general started when i was in one of the toughest phases of my life. It is an ongoing journey, which never really ceases once it begins, for these are not a remedy for the ill but a source/pool of divine power which nourishes us with strength to overcome anything and everything and live to our fullest potential.
